Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night may be charged any time after booking, remainder is payable on arrival

Smoking Policy

All Villas at Flynns on Surf are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on your balcony

Party Policy

For the comfort of our guests, Flynns on Surf enforces a 'no party policy'.
